Anya will review your enquiry personally and get back to you within 2–3 working days to suggest the best next step. For projects that look like a good fit, this will usually be a £200 Home Consultation, where we can discuss your home, what you’d like to achieve and the possibilities for taking it forward.

A note about project budgets

Every project is different, and budget is only one part of deciding whether we’re a good fit. We’re particularly interested in projects where there is an opportunity for well considered design to make a real difference, whether that’s an extension, a substantial reworking of an existing home or a new-build house.

Your overall project budget needs to cover not only the building work, but also items such as kitchens and bathrooms, VAT, professional fees, statutory application fees and contingency. We’ll ask about your overall budget below so we can give you realistic advice from the outset.

For smaller projects with a particular design challenge, we may still be able to help through a Home Consultation or our more focused Concept Design Package.
